Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that is used in a variety of applications, including vehicle windshields, building windows, and glass pool fences. Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a layer of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) between two or more layers of glass. The layers are bonded together under heat and pressure to create a single, solid piece of glass. Laminated glass can provide improved sound insulation and UV protection compared to standard glass.
